Plant-Based Cooking Demonstrations
Join us for our free “lunch and learn” seminar series with Jennifer, our new health coach who specializes in plant-based nutrition. During these seminars, you will learn how incorporating more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet can improve your health and reduce the risk of illness and disease. She will walk you through the science behind the plant-based diet that has turned this way of eating into a worldwide movement. You will also get to sample one of her recipes after the cooking demonstration!
Healthy Hearts Information Sessions

This new 12-week comprehensive program is an amazing opportunity for anyone looking to jumpstart a lifestyle change and improve their heart health. Science continues to prove that a Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) diet can reduce, and in some cases reverse, cardiovascular disease progression. Designed with these foundational principles in mind, the Healthy Hearts program aims to improve health through exercise, nutrition, and behavior modification.
